Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped free using USPS First Class mail with tracking. You should receive your products within 6-8 business days of placing your order. If at any time you are concerned about the delivery time, please contact us and we will gladly track it for you, or resend your tracking information.
Returns & Refunds
Many people considering HCG are those who have never used the product before. So we have decided to offer a limited 30 day guarantee for new customers to try the diet with only a disposal fee at risk. There are very few merchants on-line willing to back up their product with an offer like ours; that is how confident we are about our product’s effectiveness. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of US Premium Health you may contact us for instructions on how to return your product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus a 35% disposal fee. Even if you return an un-opened product we will never ship it to another customer. Therefore all returns will be disposed of and not restocked or resold. The following conditions and instructions apply:
You may return opened or unopened product by first sending an email to info@hcgdropsshop.com requesting a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We must receive this email by the 29th day following the date of purchase. We will send you an email with an RMA number. Then you must mail the product back to us at 13040 W. Regan Rd, Mokena IL 60448 via the US Postal Service. You must provide a tracking number and send it to us via email along with the RMA number so we can watch for your returned product. The RMA number must be on your package. Products returned more than 10 days after we e-mail your RMA number are not eligible for a refund. We only offer refunds for purchases of 2 or more ounces of HCG. One ounce purchases are not eligible. We do not pay refunds for e-books. No refunds will be given for products sold at a discount; all sales, promotions, and coupon codes are 100% excluded from the guarantee. Only first time buyers are eligible for a refund.
It is the customer’s responsibility to read these terms and know them prior to purchasing product. All the above conditions must be met in order to receive a refund. The customer assumes all liability for any misunderstandings or errors in order placement. When providing a refund, a credit will be applied to the card used for the original purchase. The full purchase price minus a 35% disposal fee will be credited to your account within 10 days after receiving the returned product.
